Did you know that you have access to millions of free e-resources as a Tambellup Library member??
These websites/phone apps have thousands of e-resources (ebooks, audiobook, movies and e-magazines) to choose from, all you need is you library barcode and a password which the library can provide (the default password is usually our postcode, please don’t hesitate in contacting us if you are unable to log on).
e-Resources are additional services that we offer to enhance the quality of your membership that can be checked out and returned online with no need to pay us a visit!

Download and read eMagazines free from your Library. eMagazines can be easily accessed from your computer, mobile or tablet device and you’ll be impressed with the wide selection of titles available.
As of February 2021, RBdigital Magazines moved to the Libby app (part of Overdrive)
BorrowBox is an award winning Australian App that enables State Library members to browse and borrow bestselling eBooks and eAudiobooks on their Apple or Android device for limited periods through digital loans.
The BorrowBox app allows you to listen to eAudiobooks and read eBooks on the go. Sign in or create an account, add your library card details and you can borrow up to six items for two weeks at a time.
Busythings is an online resource for the early years that includes 115+ fun learning activities that help children learn important skills in the key learning areas of creative development, problem solving, reasoning, numeracy, communication, language and literacy and knowledge and understanding of the world.
What is Story Box Library?
Imagine the best stories being read aloud to you by our favourite storytellers – well that’s Story Box Library!
We get kids excited about reading, inspire their imaginations and let them have fun with stories, improving their language and literacy skills along the way.
With an ever-growing library, suitable for preschool and primary aged children, it really is Storytime, Anytime!
Storybox Library is free to download from the App Store or Google Play, making stories even more accessible than before, all with your library card.
Kanopy provides access to one of the most unique collections of films in the world – including award-winning documentaries, indie and foreign films, must-see classics and blockbuster movies.
This service enables library members to browse and view over 30,000 films and documentaries from top suppliers, including the BBC, Criterion Collection, Ronin Films and Madman Entertainment. Library users will have access to up to 4 films per month.

If using a mobile device you will need to download the Kanopy app to watch videos. Kanopy is available on Apple, Android and Roku platforms.
With hoopla your library card gives you access to over 925,000 instantly downloadable titles including audiobooks, ebooks, comics, music, movies, and TV.
Content can be streamed from any computer via the hoopla website or downloaded onto a mobile device using the hoopla digital app for iOS and Android, use this helpful guide to get started.

Southern WA Library Consortium is a network of libraries in southern Western Australia. Members of a participating library are able to use their library card at any of the locations.
17 libraries within 11 local government areas currently participate in the network.

You can easily borrow from another library by asking a staff member to scan your library card at one of the participating libraries. Your membership details will be confirmed, and you will then be ready to borrow.
You can also request a book to be sent to your local library from a participating library. To do this, go to the Broomehill-Tambellup Library Catalogue online and simply expand your search to the Southern WA Library Consortium catalogue and reserve an item located at another library. You will be notified by your local library once the item arrives and is ready to be collected.
